Jobseekers with various professional backgrounds apply for vacancies through Hallo Hallo Job during the annual Philippine Star Career Guide Job Fair last January 24 and 25 at the Robinsons Galleria Activity Center in Pasig City.
Among the positions available were Assistant roles for Legal, Accounting, and Sales departments, as well as on-site Staff posts for Cool Japan Shop and Tsukumo Ramen.
Representing the company was a mix of officers from Hallo Hallo Job, the Marketing Team, and the Human Resources Unit, who conducted on-the-spot interviews to the candidates.
Aside from assessing the applicants, the representatives did their usual agenda of inviting companies that participated in the job fair to sign up for Hallo Hallo Job, where they could connect to a community of active jobseekers through an online recruiters index.
During the event's two-day run, Hallo Hallo Job was able to get all 21 of the participating companies on-board. They include BPO top players Sitel, Telus, Teleperformance, and Convergys, as well as known real estate developers Robinsons Land, Federal Land, and Empire East.
Hallo Hallo Job's second participation in Career Guide bore favorable results, with the number of potential employees who showed interest in the vacancies and new partner companies that have closed a deal with the professional networking site. Not long ago, the employment site first set up a booth in the October 2016 edition of the job fair to fulfill the same goal of widening its directory.
To date, its website, job.hallohallo.com, has almost 500 active job ads from hundreds of partner organizations on its listing.
